What is the elevation operation limit for the excel thankless water heater?

There is not a set elevation limit the Excel RV Tankless Water Heater # EX93FR can be installed, however as a general rule of thumb any altitude over 4,000-ft the unit will lose 4% of its Btu for every 1,000-ft above this.
So with this unit and its 38,000 Btu rating, at 5,000-ft this unit will have a new maximum BTU rating of 36,480 Btu.
This is only going to apply to gas units, so electric units will not be affected by this rule.
