For a pontoon boat the best solution would be the CE Smith Roller Style Guide-Ons for Pontoon Boat Trailers # CE27672. These guides have rubber rollers to help safely and easily load your boat onto the trailer and the support post is a galvanized steel construction that's going to resist rusting and strong enough handle the load.
Depending on the framing on your pontoon trailer you might be able to attach the CE Smith Post-Style Guide-Ons with LED Lights for Boat Trailers # CE27760, which will give you much more visibility with its white PVC pipes and LED lights. This style guide would be sturdy but wouldn't be something that you'd want to hit with the boat while loading.
