To mount your Reese Titan 16 5th Wheel Hitch in the Ford OEM puck system you will want the Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter item # RP30156. This adapter will drop right into your Ford's pucks and provide you with a base that is compatible with 5th wheel hitches that mount on industry standard rails.
The underbed adapter rail has a 20,000 lbs capacity so it will work perfect with your Titan 16 hitch. I have linked a review video below.
