The Hopkins Plug-In Simple Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 7-Way and 4-Flat Connectors part # HM11143910 is the only available plug-in seven way trailer wiring harness for a 2011 Lexus LX 570. I checked out some of the review and the few complaints that I saw were that the plugs appeared to be pinned incorrectly. There are two connectors on the drivers side and two connectors on the passenger side. The harness will plug into both sets of connectors but the connectors on the passenger side are not pinned for this part. This harness is designed for the plugs on the drivers side. Therefore, so long as you install the harness correctly there should be no issues.
