Looking for the right size for my 2019 Keystone Sprinter 5th wheel camper 40ft. 3531fwden Bearing Buddy. Our these the correct one for my camper? 42717 Bearing Buddy Model 2717 - Chrome Plated 4

Since we know your 2019 Keystone Sprinter 3531 5th wheel has 7k axles like what the Dexter hub part # 42866UC3-EZ fits we know that the correct Bearing Buddy is the part # BB2717 that you referenced. Or if you wanted the stainless steel version that won't corrode you'd want the part # BB2717SS.
It's pretty easy to over-fill hubs with grease using Bearing Buddies though so be careful not to put so much grease in the hub that it blows out the seal on the backside of the hub.
