We do have the Reese 5th Wheel Rail Adapter # RP30154 that will allow you to use your Reese 5th wheel hitch on your 2022 Ram 2500 with factory puck/prep system. This will allow you to keep your parts from the same manufacturer. Personally I feel the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter # DM6099 has a better design and it will only add 1-3/8" of height versus the 2" of additional height the Reese adapter adds.
