Recommended Powered Roof Vent for A 2018 Mercedes-Benz Thor Freedom Elite
Question:
I have a vent in my 2018 Mercedes Thor Freedom Elite but there is no fan. I took the vent housing off from the ceiling to see if there was wiring and found none. Is there a solar vent or replaceable battery operated fan that could be used?

While a solar powered/battery operated option is not available we do still have an alternative for you that'll work great.
Check out the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Remote - Powered Lift # FV807350.
This roof vent will install in place of your old roof vent and has a built-in 12V fan that uses a thermostat to help maintain an even temperature inside your Mercedes.
This fan does use a simple two-wire design so if you have no existing wiring you'd just need to run some 12 Gauge Black Primary Wire # 12-1-1 to an exisiting 12V power source and you'll be all set.
