Is There An Easy Way To Determine The Correct Replacement Spindle For a 16 Foot Enclosed Trailer?
Question:
I have an older 2 axle 16 Interstate enclosed trailer. Any easy way to determine the correct spindle for replacement? Got really hot and not sure about getting dimensions

You maybe able to locate an axle tag on your axle which will have a serial number that will help to identify the correct size spindle for your Interstate enclosed trailer. Typically enclosed trailers of your size will use a drop spindle like the #84 E-Z Lube Spindle # TRU87FR which is designed for 3,500lb axles. If you have a torsion style axle it will likely need a Spindle # TRU74FR but would have to verify with existing axle if you cannot find a axle tag.
