Locating Wiring On a 2011 Chevrolet Colorado For a Trailer Brake Controller

Hard wiring a break controller in a 2011 Chevrolet Colorado lt i5 4x4 and cant find the where or which wire to hook up the red wire to. It has 2 switches by the brake pedal

It appears the wiring for the trailer brake controller is behind the drivers side kick panel on your 2011 Chevrolet Colorado. I have linked a video below showing the installation of the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 on a similar 2015 Colorado. This will show you where the wiring is located for connecting your brake controller.
If your Colorado does not have this wiring I recommend using the Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751442 as the brake switch itself is not usable. This kit includes a custom fit mounting bracket for adding a switch to your Colorado which will be safe for use with your brake controller.
