Parts Needed to Add Tandem 7K Axles to a Trailer From Scratch
Question:
I’m going to build car trailer for my Jeep, I want to run a dually 7k trailer axle. Can you give a parts list to build the 7k dually axle with brakes please

I do have some options for you but we don't carry dually axles nor do they offer these in a 7,000 lb weight capacity. The dually axles are typically between 10,000 - 15,000 lbs. If you're however okay with just tandem 7,000 lb axles then we may have an option for you, starting with the axle we have a few different choices depending on your trailer width. The Trailer Axle with Electric Brakes part # e23SR for example is 94" long whereas the Trailer Axle with Electric Brakes part # e83SR for example measures 95" long. These will then pair great with the Tandem-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double Eye Springs part # APT5 and 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 7,000-lb Trailer Axles part # e64SR. This would be a perfect setup for a car hauler trailer.
I have attached a list with some wheel/tire options for you below as well.
