Finding Replacement Gear and Handle Kit for Fulton 1,200 lb Side Mount Side Handle Jack

Question:

I have two jacks that need new gear kits. Gears from both look identical but one jack I think this is a fulton has square holes 3/4inch x 3/4inch for the handle bushings and the other dont know the brand has one square hole 5/8inch x 5/8. Which is the F0933302S00, and is there a kit for the other? Other than the handle bushing issue they look like the F0933302S00 will work in both. asked by: Greg W Expert Reply: The jack on the left I can see is a Ram brand jack based on the faded sticker which means for a gear kit youd need the part # TJA-2000S-GR. I cant ID the other jack from your picture though so if you can find a brand or label that would be helpful. Thanks for the quick response! The gears from both jacks are 1 1/8inch diameter, I found an answer on the TJA-2000S-GR that said the diameters were ~1.36 will these fit my jack? Let me now which PN to order. For my unidentified Grey jack I cant find any idenifications except Made in Chinainch . It has the 1 1/8inch dia gears which are about 1/2inch thick with a 1/2inch id. the outer tube has a 5/8inch square hole on one side and 1/2inch diameter hole on the opposite side. I need the gears and handle bushing for it. Ill attach my original picture as well as several additional pictures of the unidentified greyinch jack. the outer tube is 1 3/4inch inside diameter.

It took me a minute to go through all of our trailer jacks but based on the pictures you sent in the jack you have is a Fulton part # FTJ12000101. Most jacks have the pull pin on the right side and yours is on left like this Fulton as well as has the zerk fitting in the right spot. So the correct gear kit would be the part # F0933302S00 and the handle kit is the part # F0933305S00.
