I have a 19inch Jensen color TV the auto scan problem I cannot get past, can you tell me the problem or what will Jensen tell me?

If you're saying that your Jensen LED 110V RV TV # JE2417 is stuck on autoscan and going through the settings to turn autoscan off via the channel menu setting page then you most likely have an internal issue and will need to reach out to Jensen for a replacement.
