The first thing to check on your Jensen TV that has suddenly stopped working is the power supply to it. If your travel trailer has a fuse or breaker on the power circuit for the TV then the fuse could be blown or the breaker needs to be reset. If you have a circuit tester like # PTW2992 or a multimeter like # PT89ZR you can try to find and test the power wiring for the TV to see if the issue is simply loss of operating power. Usually you can find a nearby panel that will give you access to the TV wiring.

If the TV is getting power and if it is the original 2010 OEM unit they it may have failed internally and should be replaced. If you do find a blown fuse or tripped breaker this could have been caused by the malfunction within the TV set.

You can also try using a different input on the TV with another source that is known to work correctly to see if the set operates on that other input. (I had a TV with multiple HDMI inputs and one of the inputs simply went bad one day so the TV appeared to be "dead" even though it was not).

If its time for a new TV we have both 110V ac-power and 12V dc-power televisions that you can see on the two included links. Our largest 110V TVs are 55-inch models such as the Jensen # JE5515 and in 12V models we have sets up to 40-inches like # JTV4015DC.
