We do have a couple of options, however for your 2000 Honda CR-V Hybrid we do not have any class II hitches.
With that being said, for a class III hitch I recommend checking out the:
-Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13314.
This trailer hitch is guaranteed to fit your 2000 Honda CR-V Hybrid, has a maximum towing capacity of 3,500-lbs, a maximum tongue weight capacity of 350-lbs, and has a bolt-on installation using the included hardware kit.
I have also attached an installation video for you to check out as well.
