I spoke with Lippert in regards to your blinking touchpad on your Solera Smart Arm 12V Power RV Awning - 20' Wide # LC517517, and they explained to me that the reason that your touchpad is blinking is because a level 2 fault was detected.

These faults can be caused by a number of reasons, however this particular fault is caused by moisture being detected in the touchpad or controller board.

In order to get your touchpad to stop blinking, you are going to need to enter a special button combination is performed.

The combination is as follows:

-Press the touchpad extend button,

-Press the touchpad retract button,

-Press the touchpad light button,

-Press the touchpad wind button,

-Hold the touchpad unlock button for 10 seconds.
