Will Brophy Camper Hold Downs # HSSF Fit a 1998 Dodge Ram 2500

Question:

Would like to verify that this will fit my 1998 Dodge Ram 2500 quad cab, 8 ft bed NOT dually. And assurance that it will be strong enough for a Northstar 850SC that I just purchased online and is 1000 mi from my home. This TC has a dry weight of 1738 lbs and a wet weight of 2620 lbs.

The camper hold downs, # HSSF, will fit your 1998 Dodge Ram and hold a camper that is appropriately sized for you truck. The recommended hardware package, # TDHP, as a listed capacity of 3,000 pounds so the 2,620 pound gross weight of the camper should not be a problem. The best option is going to be frame mounted tie downs. I have included a link to the options for the 1998 Ram. You will have to use the drop down menu on that page to select the proper configuration of your truck to see the available options.
