When it comes to signal issues with a Furrion Vision S Camera System # FOS43TASF 99.99% of the time it simply comes down to a lack of power.
Most likely your camera was wired into the running lights so that you could power it on/off at will. To start off, make sure that the running lights are on in the vehicle you're towing with. This will send power back to the camera and the blue light on the front will come on. If your light isn't coming on then you have a short somewhere in the wiring and you'll have to trace the wire to find it.
You can also use a probe tester # PTW2993 on the wire right at the camera to ensure that it's receiving a full 12 volts.
If you are towing with a 2020 or newer Chevy or GMC then the issue is with the PWM wiring used for the 7-way on the vehicle. It sends power intermittently which will allow the camera to turn on but won't function properly and pair. If this is the case for you then you have two options:
Option 1: By using the 7-Way Vehicle Power Adapter w/ Power Switch for Furrion RV Observation Camera # FR87PR. This adapter will send a steady current to the camera allowing you to receive a signal to your monitor. The male end will plug into the 7-way on your 2019 Chevy Silverado and you'll plug your trailer into the female end of this adapter.
Option 2: By using the 12V PWM Filter for RV Backup Camera Systems # VGR64VR. This is a permanent fix that will just splice in-line right behind the camera and send a steady current to the camera to fixed the signal issues.
Of the two choices I personally recommend the # VGR64VR just because it's so easy to do and when it's done you don't have to do anything else. The # FR87PR would be one additional thing you'd have to do every time you want to tow your trailer.
