Can A Furrion RV Fireplace Be Mounted To A TV Mount

Can the electric fireplace be mounted on a TV wall mount that lifts upwards to get to storage space behind it?

Technically yes, but you'd most likely have to do a little bit of redneck engineering to get a tv mount to match up with the mounting holes for the Furrion RV Electric Fireplace with Crystals # FR88FR.
The mounting holes are spaced approximately 32" L x 11" H apart and there's about 4" from the back of the unit in to the mounting holes. You'd probably need to build some sort of bar to run down the sides to have it flush with the back of the unit and could run some longer bolts through the bars and unit to secure it to the tv mount.
This fireplace has vents on the top and on each side towards the top so you wouldn't want to store anything flammable behind it or overload the space and prevent the unit from being able to properly vent. If the fireplace can't breathe you could end up burning out the internal components of the fireplace and require replacement.
