The Trunx Rooftop Cargo Carrier # TRX44FR will fit your 2018 Chevy Cruze but you will need to drill into the cargo box to adjust the mounting hardware for it to fit. The Trunx is built to fit with a 22" crossbar spread which is pretty short in terms of a roof rack.

The Rhino-Rack Vortex system (parts listed below) has a crossbar spread of 25-9/16" which is the closest to fitting what the Trunx requires, but still far enough apart that you'd need to modify the box. If you'd like to go with a box that fits directly then the Malone Cargo12 Rooftop Cargo Box # MPG901 is the way to go. It's a little larger at 12 cu ft but it also has adjustable hardware with a fit range that matches the Rhino-Rack roof rack.
