15 Inch Wheels For New Trailer Axle That Switched To 5 On 4-1/2" Bolt Pattern From 5 On 5"

Question:

I have a set of tires that I need to buy new wheels for. Tire size is 275/15R. Reason I need new tires is my old old trailer has 5x5 bolts, the new axles which I bought local is 5x4.5 so the old wheels dont fit anymore and I guess 5x5 trailer axles are obsolete. I need the cheapest set of wheels only as the tires are still brand new

You will have to verify the correct wheel width required for your tires as we have the Dexstar 15" x 5" # AM20422 and 15" x 6" # AM20522. Both these are our most price conscious wheels and have the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern you are needing.

We do have hubs for a 3,500lb axle with the 5 on 5" bolt pattern if you have a 3,500lb axle and want to retain your current wheels. We have Idler Hubs # AKIHUB-550-35-EZ-K and Drum Hubs # AKHD-550-35-EZ-K which fits the common 3,500lb axle. If you can tell me what serial number your axle is I can verify with their manufacturer to determine if these are the correct hubs to get you your 5 on 5" bolt pattern.
