Does the B&W Patriot Head Work w/ the B&W Companion Base for the Ford Prep Package?

I have a solution for you but the components of the B&W Patriot and B&W Companion 5th wheel hitches are not compatible. To install your B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Hitch item # BWRVK3255 in the puck system of a 2017 Ford F-350 you will need to use the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch item # C88KR. This adapter will drop into your factory puck system and provide you with a set of industry standard rails to mount your Patriot hitch on.
I have linked an installation video below. This adapter will not work with the Patriot slider.
The only other option is to replace your Patriot with a Companion that fits the Ford Prep Package and for that you would want the 20,000 lbs capacity B&W Companion OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch item # BWRVK3300 or the 25,000 lbs item # BWRVK3305.
