Are The Measurements For the Zenith Box Referring to the Front, Center Or Rear Of The Cross Bar?

Hello, For the Rhino Rack Zenith 16 box, it says there’s a minimum of 49.25 inches between the front crossbar and the rear hatch. Is this measurement from the center, front or back of the crossbar? Seems like it’s cutting it close on my 2016 crosstrek

The distances for the Rhino-Rack Zenith MasterFit Rooftop Cargo Box # RRRMFZ66 are all taken from the center of the crossbar. This includes the 49.25" minimum distance from the front crossbar to the line where the roof meets the rear hatch on your 2016 Subaru Crosstrek. They take the measurements from the center so you know it will be compatible with round, aero, square, elliptical and factory crossbars since they are all going to be different widths.
