I really like this hitch because it mounts behind your rear bumper cover and can be completely concealed when you are not towing. It fits both the standard Blazer and Premier models. It can be used with a weight distribution system.

This custom-fit T-One connector plugs into your Blazer's factory tow package wiring harness, which is located behind the access cover at the center of your rear bumper. Yes, you will need a brake controller to operate your Rpod's brakes. I recommend the Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller item # C51180. The Echo is also a proportional brake controller that slows or stops your trailer when your Blazer decelerates.
