Recommended Replacement Toilet For a Traveler Toilet in a 1999 Newmar Dutchstar Motorhome

Question:

Hello, I need to replace the Traveler toilet in my motorhome, 1999 Newmar Dutchstar. The toilet that is there is over 20yrs old, so I would assume that it has been superseded. It is a 4 bolt flange type. What do you recommend?

I recommend going with the Dometic 320 Full-Timer RV Toilet # DOM27FR. The reason being this toilet is standard height and has an elongated bowl, both of which match a residential toilet allowing for more comfort. It also has a a wooden seat which provides more comfort and retains more heat, even in the cold.

This toilet has a 2-bolt installation, so you would want to pick up the Dometic RV Toilet Floor Flange Adapter Kit # DMC44FR as well. We do not have any 4-bolt options.

The Dometic 320 Full-Timer RV Toilet # DOM27FR will require a rough in measurement of at least 11". This is the measurement from the wall to the center of the flange. If this rough in measurement does not work for your motorhome, please let me know what your rough in measurement is and I would be happy to help you further.
