Can Prodigy Brake Controller from 2005 Chevy Silverado Install in 2002 Silverado
Question:
I have a Tekonsha Prodigy 90185 that I took off a 2005 Silverado 2500HD before I sold it. I just bought a 2002 Silverado 2500HD Will this brake controller work on my 2002 truck?

Yes, your Prodigy brake controller can install in your 2002 Chevy Silverado with just the install harness part # 3025-P. This is a different harness than what your 2005 has. The connector is the same but the pinout is different. The difference is the red wire pin. If you remove that pin and put it back in the opposite corner's pin it will work.
