Where Do I Install The Tekonsha Trailer Brake Plug In Adapter On My 2022 Ford F-250?
Question:
Good Afternoon. Looking for more help. I have a 2022 superduty F250. I think originally it came with 4 way plug. Had nothing when I got it. I installed a 7 way so all my trailers used same plug. I would like to put a tekonsha brake controller and they are plug and play. I looked under the dash to get access to plugs, I cannot see any plug under there that is for brakes. I am guessing it is obvious and I am just missing it. I have looked at several sites and pics online but still cannot see any of those under my dash. Would anyone have a picture of what I am looking for under there. Thanks. Would sure appreciate the help

To install the Tekonsha trailer brake controller, like the Tekonsha PowerTrac Electronic Brake Controller # 39523 on your 2022 Ford F-250 you are going to need to locate the connector beneath your vehicle's dashboard.
This can be accessed by carefully prying the panel housing the connector, and undo the locking tabs. You'll then need to just plug in the mating connector in the large grey housing behind the panel.
I've attached an installation video as well as an image for you to check out as well.
