Recommended Bike Rack that does Not Require an Adapter Bar for Step Through Bikes
Question:
Can this rack be used with step threw bikes with out any other equipment...like a travel bar?

I have a solution for you that won't require a travel bar but the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes item # HLY84FR does. You would need to use the bike frame adapter item # HRBA-PRO because of the traditional hook style frame mount.
Instead, I recommend the HollyWood Racks RV Rider item # HLY64FR for your step-though e-bikes This rack uses a rotating clamp which can either clamp low to your frame or your seat post and won't require an additional bar.
This rack also has an 80 lbs per bike capacity and fits a 2" class III hitch. This bike rack is capable of being hauled behind a motorhome, 5th wheel trailer, or flat towed vehicle.
I have linked an installation video below.
