In order to find the replacement bearings you are going to need to pull off the hubs and take a look at the current bearings that you have. The bearing numbers typically are stamped in the side of the bearing which can be used for identification.
If you're unable to find a part number or if it has worn off you will need to take some measurements using a digital caliber # PTW80157. You will need to measure the inner diameter of the bearings or the spindle where the bearings ride.
The Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-655-35-EZ-K has an Inner Bearing # L68149 (1.378 inch diameter) and an Outer Bearing # L44649 (1.063 inch inner diameter). The bearings listed are the most common bearings for a 3,500 pound axle and will work for you if you have the same.
I attached a diagram below showing how to measure the bearings. When you find what you have please reach back out to me and I will be able to tell you the hubs that you need to work with your camper rims.
