If My Trailer Tires Are At 90°F to 95°F Is That Normal?

I have a momentum 381 toy hauler with cooper tires I air them to 125psi and load trl to 19500 pounds the tires will get to 145psi and around 90 to 95 temp so if I understand your answer this would be normal thanks

Yes, that is correct. 90°F to 96°F is completely normal for your Cooper tires to be at. As far as tire pressure goes, as long as your tires are at 20%-25% of what the max tire pressure is supposed to be, you're good to go.
