The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98848 is what I recommend for a 2022 Honda CR-V Hybrid. This trailer hitch features a bolt-on installation with no drilling required. It has a 2" opening with class III rating that is great for towing or use with hitch mounted accessories like bike racks and cargo carriers. It has a hidden crosstube so all you'll see is the receiver.
Please note, if you'll be using the trailer hitch for towing then you'll also need the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118741 and Curt Towing Starter Kit part # C45554.
