Troubleshooting A Furrion Fireplace FF40SW15A-BL That Does Not Heat

Question:

I turn on the fire place it works for a couple minutes heats, lights one. Then it sounds like it turns off but the light is still on. Then it clicks again and it starts to heat. Then clicks off again with the light still on. Im not sure what is going on with this.

I spoke with Furrion about your Furrion RV Electric Fireplace with Logs - 40" Wide # FF40SW15ABL and they recommend making sure that the inside temperature on the coach is at least 65°F, and make sure that the temperature on the fireplace is set higher than the ambient temperature in the coach.

Additionally, you're going to want to make sure that the timer is not set either as that could also be fouling you up.
