Recommended Custom Helper Springs For A 2020 Ram 1500

Question:

I have a 2020 Ram 1500 Big Horn with the 5.7L Hemi V-8. I am pulling a 33.5 travel trailer with a hitch weight of 705 lbs. I want to eliminate the sag in the back end when hooked up to the trailer. Do you recommend the Timbren or Sumo rear supports? Thank you!

We have the perfect custom custom helper springs for your 2020 Ram 1500!

The main difference between The SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSR-307-47 and The
Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TDR1500DS is what they are constructed of. The Sumo Springs are made from a microcellular urethane when the Timbrens are made from a strong, rigid rubber. I would recommend The SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSR-307-47 over the Timbrens because the Sumo Springs will compress more gently, when the Timbrens are known to give a stiffer ride.

The Sumo Springs have a simple, no-drill installation and have a 1,500 pound load capacity. They will work in temperatures from -25 F to 200 F.

The best solution for you though because you have a lot of sag would be to invest into a weight distribution system like The Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control # FA94-00-1061. This will work with a trailer that has a loaded tongue weight between 600 pounds to 1,000 pounds.

I attached a review video link below.
