Hello. I need a replacement battery charger for my trailer valet. The tag on the mover says type f950007us machine description ct4500 year 2018. Thank you

There are 3 different battery chargers for the Trailer Valet remote controlled dollies and the correct one just depends on the weight rating of your dolly:

3,500 lbs - # TV77FR
5,500 lbs - # TV87FR
9,000 lbs - # TV27FR

Once you know the weight rating of your Trailer Dolly just choose the corresponding charger and you're all set!
