This has come up before, and Thule has informed us that there is not a lock assembly available for the Sears Sport cargo carriers as they were all manufactured with riveted lock assemblies that are not a replaceable part.
With that being said, it may be a good time to upgrade your cargo box. If you're interested, take a look at the:
