The best way to find the correct hubs you need is by pulling a wheel and hub off of your trailer and find the stamped number on your inner and outer bearing.

If your bearings do not have numbers or the numbers have worn off, then you will need to measure the inside diameter of the bearings and the seal. The attached picture below shows the measurements you will need to get. I recommend using the Digital Caliper # PTW80157 which will help you find the inner diameter of both the bearings and the seals on your axle. Your vin number will not give me the information that I would need.
