2-1/2" Class V Receiver For a 48" Hitch Extension on a 2006 Ford F-350 Super Duty

i have a 2006 f350 crewcab longbed diesel i was wanting to no if this 2 1/2 reveiver 15810 will work on it ? also i have a 48 inch extension and was wondering tongue weight and max gross weight thanks

Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15810 will fit your 2006 Ford F-350 crew cab long bed diesel. It sounds like you have the Titan Hitch Box Extension # RP45018 to use with it. This 48" extension is rated for a trailer with a tongue weight up to 400lbs and trailer weight up to 4,000lbs using a standard ball mount. If you use a Weight Distribution Hitch # FA92-00-0600 capacity increases to 600lbs of tongue weight and a trailer up to 6,000lbs.
If you are needing to haul more weight you will want to install the TorkLift SuperHitch Magnum Trailer Hitch Receiver # TLF1002-30 as it will allow you to use the TorkLift SuperTruss Hitch Extension # TLE1548. This 48" extension is rated for a tongue weight of 600lbs and trailer weight up to 6,000lbs with a standard ball mount. With a Weight Distribution Hitch # FA92-00-1200 capacity increases to a tongue weight up to 1,200lbs and trailer weight up to 12,000lbs.
Both these receivers will require the removal of the factory receiver to install the new receiver.
