Can Gen-Y Phantom Adjustable 2 Ball Mount Be Used With Pintle Hitch
Question:
Can you use a pintel hitch with this hitch?
asked by: Rudy P
Expert Reply:
According to Gen-Y, the Phantom Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers # GY98XR is not rated for use with a pintle hitch. If you want to use a pintle hitch you will need the regular Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers. Although this does not come with a 6" rise/drop for a 2" receiver, we do have a 5" rise drop # 325-GH-523 or 7-1/2" # 325-GH-524 available. Both of these come with the pintle lock.
