Does the Valterra Cable with Valve Handle Have an Inner Metal Channel Under the Black Housing

Question:

I have previously purchased a Valterra 96inch replacement cable and loved the design. The Valterra cable I got before was of excellent design and build with an outer black plastic like housing and and inner metal channel that the central cable slid through. This inner metal channel made the cable very easy to pull and push. I kept a piece of it and the attached photo shows a piece with the outer black housing slit open, exposing the inner metal channel and the central cable inside the metal channel. I just purchased a set of 72inch cables from Amazon and was very disappointed in what I got because it did not appear to be like the 96inch Valterra I previously got. So I thought Id ask you about your Valterra TC72PB cable. The cables I got from Amazon did not have the inner metal channel so operation of the cable was much more difficult. Frankly, I now question whether what I got was a Valterra knock off and not authentic. I see that you carry the Valterra TC72PB cable, so wanted to ask if yours have that inner metal channel. If so, Ill order yours.

I went out to our warehouse and verified that the Valterra Cable with Valve Handle # TC72PB does in fact have the same metal channel with black housing like your 96" replacement cable.

The Valterra Cable with Valve Handle # TC72PB is constructed the same way as your cable in the picture. It has a rigid metal channel with a black housing.
