Are Air Lift Air Bags For 2018 Ford F-150 Compatible With B&W Gooseneck Hitch

I have a 2018 Ford F150 XLT FX4. We just recently installed a B&W turnoverball hitch. We pull a gooseneck horse trailer. The truck squats......alot. Ive been looking at the Airlift Loadlifter 5000 but not sure if it'll fit with the B&W hitch currently installed. Will it work and if not are there any alternatives?

Good question and I verified with the manufacturer that yes, the Air Lift air bags for your 2018 Ford F-150 are compatible with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BW77FR. There are two different Air Lift kits for your F-150, depending on if it is 2WD or 4WD:

Going with air bags is really smart, as they are the best option for helping deal with squat. The reason for that is because you can inflate them to the exact air pressure you need for your truck, while things like jounce springs helpers don't give you any type of adjustability.
