To power a 12V Everchill fridge, like part # 324-000119, with 110V power you're going to need a battery bank and a converter to send power to the battery brank from shore power.

If you only need to power the fridge then a smaller converter will be just fine. You can use a 30A like part # PD9130 for a lead acid battery setup or part # PD9130LV for a lithium battery setup. If you need to power more off of the battery bank then we might need to look into a larger converter.

Aside from that the only other thing to do would be to sell your 12V fridge and pick up one that's compatible directly with 110V power like the Stainless Steel # FCR14ACBQASS from Furrion.
