The Swagman Titan 2 Bike Carrier, # S63400, is an excellent option for your 2013 Chevrolet Spark assuming you already have a trailer hitch installed on your vehicle. All of the trailer hitches available for the Spark are Class I rated hitches, so it is important that we look at Class I rated bike carriers like the Hollywood bike carrier that you mentioned.
I have attached a link to all of our Class I rated bike racks for you to check out. Please keep in mind, Class I trailer hitches can support up to 2 bikes. The weight of a third or fourth bike puts too much weight further away from the hitch and adds additional stress that the hitch cannot handle. It is similar to using a pipe extension on a wrench to move a rusty bolt.
If you do not have a trailer hitch on your Spark, I recommend installing a Curt or Draw-Tite trailer hitch. If your vehicle has ground effects, then we don't currently carry a hitch for your Spark. If your vehicle does not have ground effects, then you will want part # C11334. I have attached a link to the installation instructions for these trailer hitches for you to check out.
