Recommended Product To Reduce Rear End Sag On a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 When Trailer Towing
Question:
I have a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 2wd 4 door that has sag when connected to my pull behind rv. I recently had new shocks put on but that made it worse so I am going to get that corrected. What are the best products to help with my issue? Thanks

I recommend using a weight distribution hitch like the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37100ET. This system is designed to work with trailers that have a tongue weight of 600-1,000lbs and a total trailer weight below 10,000ls. The hitch will allow you to distribute the weight across your 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 and reduce sag. You also gain sway control to keep the trailer tracking straight when you are driving on highways. Since this is only used when towing it will not diminish your unloaded ride quality. If your trailer has a different weight or you are unsure of the weights please let me know what trailer you have.
You will need a 1-7/8" 12pt Thin Walled Socket # ALL643216 to install the included 2-5/16" hitch ball.
