We can get your 2022 Ford Expedition set up to be flat towed behind your Prevost motorhome with air brakes, and there are a number of parts you'll need, which I'll go ahead and list out for you below. The only thing to note is that there are no base plates that fit the Timberline model of Expedition, but all other models can use the base plates:

- Base Plate Kit: Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-524431-5

- Tow Bar: Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-676

- Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-152

- Roadmaster Universal Stop Light Switch # RM-751000

- Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-88400

- Supplemental Braking System: Demco SBS Air Force One Supplemental Braking System # DM26VR

The Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plates are great because they have removable arms so your Expedition is going to maintain its appearance when you aren't flat towing. The Nighthawk tow bar is the best tow bar for your Expedition, as its 8,000 lb rating gives you a nice safety margin for your large SUV, and it has features other tow bars can't match. The Nighthawk has LED lights which make it simple to use so you aren't connecting or disconnecting in the dark. It also has an aluminum body which makes it lighter and easier to handle than other tow bars, a long 52" reach so your Expedition is better able to maneuver behind your motorhome (particularly when turning), and includes both safety cables and an electrical cord so you don't have to buy those separately.

The wiring kit will work with the cord on the Nighthawk, and is designed to prevent any type of electrical feedback to keep your Expedition's electrical system safe, and the brake light relay is needed to ensure the brake signal from your Expedition does not override the turn signal sent by your motorhome. Finally, there is the Air Force One braking system you wanted, which will work superbly with your motorhome that has air brakes.

The only other thing I recommend considering, in order to keep rocks and other debris from hitting your Expedition while you are flat towing it, is a rock guard, the Roadmaster Tow Defender Protective Screening # RM-4750.
