To install a 7-way and brake controller on your 2018 Dodge Durango GT with the 4-way Connector # 118617 you will need the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7. This will provide a 7-way connector that you can connect to your 4-way and the additional wiring a circuit breakers needed for a Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED52VR.
