What I can say is, yes the Rhino-Rack ROC25 Roof Rack for Naked Roofs # RR44SR will fit great with your 2015 Toyota Prius with a sunroof.
However, In order to make sure that this will work with your sunroof I recommend measuring the highest point of your sunroof when opened.
If your sunroof is less than 3" high, then you'll have no problem using your sunroof with these crossbars.
