How to Carry E-Bikes on Airstream Bambi 16RB
Question:
We just ordered our first Airstream Bambi 16rb and just bought 2 e-bikes wed like to take with us on our new journeys. Can anyone tell us what options we have for the e-bikes as we would ideally like to not store them inside the Bambi as we know it will increase our weight and wed rather not do that. Is there some way to put them on the rear of the Bambi, and if so, how??? I also dont understand what it might mean if we were to somehow get a rack that would go on the A-frame of the hitch and the significance of the tow weight. Thanks in advance!

For your application I recommend adding a hitch to your Airstream Bambi like the Curt Adjustable Hitch # 13703. This is a universal-type hitch that fits trailer frames from 22" to 72" wide and provides a 2" receiver on your trailer.
Then for a bike rack that's can handle the extra movement at the back of a trailer as well as the weight of e-bikes I recommend checking out the Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack # S94FR which is a frame-mount platform rack that holds up to 70 lb bikes with 3" wide tires. If your e-bikes have a step-thru frame (which is pretty common) you're also going to need an Adapter Bar like part # 64005 so the hooks on this rack have something to secure your bike by.
Attached are some review videos for you to check out.
