Question:

Does this fit the 2019 Toyota Sienna in AWD with the SE trim? The SE trim has lower valances all around, including the rear.

Yes, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98853 will fit your 2019 Toyota Sienna SE AWD. While the valances on your SE are lower you will still be able to fit the receiver. The underbody panel will require trimming unless you intend to leave it off.

I recommend installing the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118498 when you install the receiver. This 4-way flat connector will allow you to connect to most small trailers you may tow. It can also be used for Auxiliary Lights # C53201 in the event you have a hitch mounted accessory that impairs the view of your tail lights.
