Replacement Trailer Ramp Spring Options

Question:

I bought this horse trailer and the ramp is very hard to open and lift. I attached some pictures . Need to repair. Looks like the springs are not in the hole at the end of ramp if thats where they go anyway. Im thinking it must because they are ripping the door sheet metal on the outside. Do you carry these types of springs.

The ramp springs we have include part # RS16933LH for a left hand spring and part # RS16933RH for a right hand spring. These are rated with a 2K torque and fit a 1-1/2" shaft.

It does look like the ends of the springs for your application popped out of place so you might try removing the shaft and realigning everything prior to ordering replacements. If you do end up replacing your springs you'll need to make that 1-1/2" dimensions mentioned above matches up.

Attached are some review videos for you to check out.
