Recommended Roof Rack for a 2020 Kia Sportage w/out Roof Rails

Hello, I have a 2020 Kia Sportage with no roof rails installed. All I have is a groove with a snap on cap about 1-1/4 inch wide. Is there a roof rail system that I can have installed and a rooftop support rack for a rooftop tent. Thank you
