Weight Distribution Hitch For A 2021 Ford Expedition Pulling A 2 Horse Bumper Pull Trailer
Question:
Hello, I have a 21 Ford Expedition Max with heavy duty tow package. I’m wanting to pull a 2 horse bumper pull trailer with it. Fully loaded it will be around 6000 lbs. Do I need a weight distribution hitch?

Yes, I would recommend getting a weight distribution hitch for your 2021 Ford Expedition when pulling your bumper pull trailer.
When using a weight distribution system for the best ride we recommend being as close to the tongue weight of your trailer when choosing the correct distribution system.
The Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control # FA94-00-0800 will work to prevent and correct your trailer sway. The sway control brackets will also help to ensure that your trailer stays in line with your tow vehicle.
The Fastway system has a tongue weight capacity between 400 pounds to 800 pounds, and has a gross towing weight up to 8,000 pounds. They system has no-drill, clamp-on brackets that can be adjusted along the trailer frame. It has a powder coated steel construction which is durable and corrosion resistant.
The 2-5/16 inch hitch ball # 19286 is sold separately. The Thin Walled Socket # EQ70-00-4800 is recommended for hitch ball installation.
I attached an installation video link below.
